There are three reasons I like this:
1) S is my favorite letter, for obvious reasons.
2) I'm a Mac geek.
3) That is the key command for "save." And I like that it would be a reminder that no matter how bad I screw up, I'm already Saved.

I've never really considered tattoos as personaly heraldry, but I guess that's the point.
Given your artistic nature, I'd expect more coloring than plain black, though.
Wouldn't Granny just enjoy that? Especially if prominently positioned...
