Deck the halls

The way our apartment is situated in our building, we are the only door everyone sees on their way to the stairs or the elevator. We felt a sense of duty to decorate. So today we picked up our Christmas wreath made of real branches. The florist we went to did a great job, even though we weren't really sure what we were getting. All we told her was that we wanted a wreath for our door, with a red bow and a few pinecones, and she made up the rest herself. We were really pleased with how it turned out.

And we finally got our tree decorated.

The whole setup

It's beautiful!

I love how full the wreath is. They don't really do wreaths here.

And I like all the lights on your tree - ooh, and the brick wall. (I think we need a tour of the apt post.)

Kari,
If you need a refresher course: http://littlepeachbigapple.blogspot.com/2008/04/pad.html. You commented there too that you liked the brick wall! Which is fake, but close enough for jazz.

Oooh... love the decorations and the wreath is lovely! I'll hang our poinsetta one if I ever reglue the petals on it!
