Ornament 2008

As you've read on my blog before, Scott and I started a Christmas tradition when we got married to choose a new ornament together every year. There are no rules except that we both have to love it, and that we shop for it together. This year's ornament came from the world's largest store, Macy's on 34th Street in New York City. And here it is.

This year we decided to go for something that summed up our year, although most of our previous ornaments don't. So there you have it. Ornament 2008.

Hey! Isn't that supposed to say 'I (heart) NYC'? ;)

Just curious - do you write the year on them or does it not really matter? A great tradition in any case.
